Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit this website. It's written to be consistent with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What this site collects
This Site is a static page with no account system, sign-up form, or analytics tracker installed by default. It does not set marketing cookies or build an advertising profile of visitors.
Live market data
The price ticker on this Site calls a third-party API (CoinGecko) directly from your browser to display current crypto prices. That request may share standard technical information (such as your IP address) with CoinGecko, under their own privacy policy. No personal data is sent to us as part of this.
The newsletter
TFOM is published as a LinkedIn newsletter. If you subscribe, your subscription and any data associated with it (such as your LinkedIn profile) is handled by LinkedIn under LinkedIn's own privacy policy — we only see aggregate, anonymised readership statistics that LinkedIn provides to publishers.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data held about you. Since this Site itself doesn't collect or store personal data, most requests relating to your data will need to be directed to LinkedIn as the data controller for your newsletter subscription.
Contact & complaints
Questions about this policy can be raised via LinkedIn. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
